You mean like with Jane Joyce as the WDAZ anchor and John wheeler as the WDAZ meteorologist on this channel this year where Milo smith didn’t come on WDAZ until April 1996 and pat Sweeney didn’t come on WDAZ until the flood of 1997 just like Richard Scarry and bananas in pajamas videos don’t exist on PolyGram DVD except for cookie jar entertainment and kaboom?

Yes, and as a result, there's now at least one circulating EBS test for every commercial VHF station in NYC!
