Smaller tablet can also do the work, it depends on you if you want more space. I'm right now using half space of small tablet (cuz I still find small tablet bigger for me). So as a beginner you can also go for smaller one.

If you want more comfortable device then go for Wacom (can't use for android). If you want shortcut keys and wanna use for android then XP Pen. I use Wacom.

I've heard that the pen in xp tablet is thicker and less comfortable to write smaller letters. Can you please advise, wacom pen is better or xp pen?

Yes, Xp pen is more thicker and Wacom pen shape is like general pen we use. Wacom pen is more comfortable then XP. I haven't encountered problem of writing letters with xp pen but if it writes smaller letters then you can change mapping of tablet (using software) and then you're good to go.

In Premiere Pro. Use "Parametric Equalizer" Effects then select "Loudness Maximizer" after that pull lil bit up left curve. Use "Multiband Compressor" then select "Broadcast". That's it!
