Her look changed gradually, I followed her since 2009 and I didn't notice any changes immediately on her face after long hiatuses.But I think she did a little with her nose (or make up idk) or and fixed teeth, for japan debut. Other than that, she is natural. Her face shape changes gradually (from my observation)
