I was 11 years old when blueberry wafflos came out and I was obsessed lol I would pay 10 bucks for a box of that today! Great channel keep up the great work! Remember nostalgia, never dies in popularity. It only increases the older we all become.

My older brother always swore by these things whenever I would tell him how Waffle Crisp is my favorite cereal. He insists that Waffelos were easily better than Waffle Crisp, which always just made me wish I got to try some, but it was sadly before my time.

I was 13 when this was discontinued. I can't say I was a fan, but the commercials were on Saturday morning television, and I remember them. As for your Hiatus, my friend will be sorely missed.

We had a kitten who Loooooooooooooved the blueberry Waffelos. He would jump on you to get some and purr and purr and purr while he ate it.

Waffelos was a superb cereal. My mom would pick them at a grocery store called pantry pride. Along with king vita these were a staple in my early childhood. Thank you for that wacky packages spot. They were stickers and you could get the book to stick them in.

Wafflo Bill and his Horse seem like great mascots and I think it would be cool if they made animated shorts about Waffloville. Also I'm tempted to see what it tastes like as well. Also I'll wait to see the new videos when you get back Gabe!

I know you're on hiatus, but I just found your channel and had to let you know that i think it's MAGICALLY DELICIOUS! The info, your delivery, the childhood nostalgia of it all is top notch (and fortified with at least eight essential vitamins and iron!) Of course, I have a lingering concern that you'll run out of cereal to post about, but then i see the breakfast aisle at Walmart and my worry dissipates. 😎 You are appreciated!

I remember eating so much of this cereal, that I actually collected the entire frontier town xD. I set it up in the yard, then I remember the sprinklers completely destroyed it! oops

I remember eating Waffelos at my cousin's house and liking it a lot. I don't think Mom ever bought it for me. (shrugs) Waffle Crisp was definitely my go-to Waffle cereal. Enjoy the hiatus, Gabe!!

Another cereal i wish I could have tried. Born in 1989, I missed a lot of these by just 5 or so years. Thanks for this upload, as Waffle cereals are my favorite. Enjoy your break! Edit: my favorite waffle themed cereal was the original Waffle Crisp. I’m happy it’s back, but, I really miss the original recipe.

Dude's got the Purina logo on his hat, and I'm guessing that the shape of the cereal is a reference to the checkerboard too. The Purina founder was a Ralstonite so that checkerboard logo had a weird esoteric meaning too.

I wish I was around to try these cereals, especially the blueberry ones. I just love blueberry waffles! Also, the audio in the second, third and fourth commercials so much better compared to the audio in the first commercial.

I think you should try a video series about knock- off cereals. For example trying knock off frosted flakes from Walmart or Aldi and trying to figure out which factory they were made in and if they’re any good

I was a teenager then, but I don't remember this cereal at all. The western theme would have been more popular in the '50s and '60s.

If it tastes anything like any of the current waffle cereals, I'm pretty sure I'd love it! The one thing I would love to do if I could go back in time is go to a store and buy a bunch of now long discontinued cereals or try the ones where they changed the recipie in recent years such as the monster cereals in their original oat form.

The look of the pieces of the "Wafflelo " Cereal reminds me of the cereal pieces of "Crackin Oat Bran". After seeing that this cereal existed, I don't get what the connection is between cowboys and waffles. It seemed like it came out of left field. A more fitting mascot for a waffle cereal were those old ladies for the "Waffle Crisp" Cereal, I think.

I generally hate cereal. I watch your channel to see why people like it & maybe find something good. I wish Ralston Purina would bring this back! I was born as the cereal died but I think I'd really have liked the maple waffle cereal flavors. I put maple syrup on my Cheerios! And no I'm not Canadian. I'm just from Wisconsin.

Because I have a real job that takes up my time. This is a fun hobby but it takes a lot of work to film/edit videos every Saturday. I can’t do it unless I have free time

No. I refuse to believe that you weren’t immediately disgusted by a 41-year-old piece of cereal. The Powerpuff Girls one was a little more believable because it was a newer cereal in an older video, but this is too much.
