Towards the end, Kurona, the Taiko drummer yells out: "The Wagakki Band are here!" as it is translated. Basically this is an intro song. FYI: It is reported on NHK television that the Wagakki Band has over 100 million views on KZfaq.

The three string guitar is a "Shamisen". Tsugaru refers to the style of play and the area from which it originates. Machiya is also the vocalist in the band "m:a.ture". Try Episode 0 from daishinnenkai 2017. Kurona plays Wadaiko / taiko drums.

This was the greatest reaction to my loving Wagakki band!! Your comment was super fair and expressed pure impression and the joy to this totally new horizon to you. This sings about a big applause and a shout to you and needing you whatever you are. So beyond the language, we can feel joy and positive upbeat to thrust us to move forward. This band is an ultimate live band. I recommend “Homura + Akatsuki no Ito”, “Bring me to life, featuring Amy Lee”, “Senbonzakura”, and “Sabaku no Komoriuta”. One request; Please choose live version, since that is better than the studio . Too many great songs for recommendation. That is my big problem. Love from Japan

The Wagakki Band composed the theme song for a special program for the Rio Olympics and has been selected as the official ambassador for the 2020 Tokyo Olympics. In this connection, he has composed several songs similar to cheering songs. Unfortunately, the Olympics were postponed and he was not able to do much as an ambassador.

Glad you like Wagakki Band! Japanese banjo kind → "Shamisen" (三味線) or "Tsugaru- Jamisen(津軽三味線)" (by the way many people misunderstood the name of Tsugaru Jamisen to Tsugaru Shamisen, we most Japanese people pronounce Shamisen to Jamisen if you put Tsugaru before the Shamisen) Japanese traditional harp → "Koto" (箏) Japanese traditional flute → "Shakuhachi" (尺八) Japanese traditional drums → "Taiko" or "Oodaiko” (太鼓 or 大太鼓”) If you continue to reacting to them, just avoid "AVEX" channel.
