“Throwback Pag-ibig” tells the story of couple July (Sunshine Dizon) and Ryan (Mike Tan), whose relationship fell apart because of a tragedy that led to the loss of the person they both love the most-their only daughter, Smile (Leanne Bautista). As years pass and as the former two move on, they find out that their daughter is still alive; however, they also discover that she is gravely ill.
As Smile returns to the arms of her real parents, will she be able to mend her parents' broken hearts and eventually reunite her family?
