Unfortunately these little dogs are breed to get the smallest type similar to the teacup Chihuahua. People who do this do not allow for the size of their original brains and try fitting it into a smaller version of the same. This causes many defects in pups of all kinds.It is cruel. People fall in love with these little tiny creatures,and then face many health problems with their survival. I do hope this tiny baby isn’t one of them. Thank God for people like you, who will care for these dear fur babies.❤️❤️❤️

Could you not put her in bed with you so you could keep her O2 going? Or even pull her incubator right next to you for monitoring, since you are feeding her every two hours anyway ? 2K is A LOT of money and since you are feeding her with a tube every two hours , you are monitoring her yourself. You are able to give PO meds per her feeding tube, I bet you are qualified to administer any kind of treatments needed for her, she could then be taken daily for vet checks, if she needs it. Do you have an oxygen concentrator? If so, you could do just fine at home..if not….I would consider trying to find a used one. Until you find a concentrator, you could use a green oxygen tank and a regulator to provide an oxygen rich environment. You rescuers are a very resourceful bunch of folks, very knowledgeable and willing to go to great lengths to give your charges a fighting chance. Since the money contributed must stretch to cover several babies, it is only logical to do as much as possible at home.
