My argument is inflation effects all the people irrespective of their pay, risk does not entitle the higher pay which is apparently according to the rank and DA also does not come equally, and [and there may be more such hidden reasons with the Govt.] I am also an OR and want increase but with logic. As you have asked views, I append below. But we cannot say that risk is on the border. Our Officers posted in record office never in operational areas, then should they be debared from MSP? If NO, then why a specific rank from AMC should be under our fire. These categories have less chances of rapid promotion and therefore may have been compensated with this higher amount of MSP.
