It’s finally here, and it was awesome! By the way, if you like world design, you absolutely have to play Xenoblade Chronicles X. Unless you don’t care for open world at all. But I tell ya, that’s got to be the most awesome world I’ve ever traversed in a video game. So many absolutely giant creatures, and far away locations that you just absolutely have to see up close, and even when you get inside the mechs you still feel small, and I just get lost in it for well over dozens of hours! The main story is weak but the sidequests are the best in the series, and the customization is top notch. Might be hard to make a video on like this series, but I can’t recommend a playthrough enough. Cheers!

You see Vandham revealed his true form as the blond Aegis Mythra nd then decided to merge with Pyra to become a powerful blade.... Roc then turned into a Core Crystal since he hated his master and wanted to forget his existence.

29:37 That's actually explained, in an earlier scene Pneuma transferred energy to/activated his core crystal to the point that the growth that would have taken centuries got done in seconds.

Not energy, data. Blades grow into Titans after accumulating enough data to complete the Titan genetic sequence.

@@ag9953 except Azurda was already a titan, he shouldn't have been lacking in data as he remembered everything from before he returned to a larval state. Especially since he said he would grow into his adult form anyway, it would just have normally taken a few centuries. Once a Blade becomes a Titan, they seem to grow pretty much like a regular creature, the data accumulation seems to only be needed during the Blade stage of the life cycle.

Ya know, that “Pyraaaaa” at the end I really like, especially compared to the others. It sounds like all that has happened has just led up to that moment, and now to top it off he’s losing the Pneuma. His voice does a fantastic job representing how it’s sorta finally broken him... I think it works really good in the case

Funfact: at the ending it zooms in on Pyra saying something and Mythra saying something but we can’t hear, But in the game’s code they were going to say “Hi my name is Pyra” and “Hi my name is Mythra”, so there pry was plans for a good and bad ending, one where pnuema revives and retains her memories, the bad being she looses them

Plus the other half of Klaus is in the first one. And during a cutscene in the final battle of this one, you can hear Shulk’s voice from a cutscene at the end of the first game, signaling they happen simultaneously and that Klaus’s death is due to actions in Shulk’s world.

*Spoilers but your here for them anyway* For those who have been watching this with no knowledge of xenoblade, that alternate universe Klaus mentions does exist. Its Xenoblade 1's universe. You may also know this universe for the one guy in smash with the laser sword who is really feeling it.

The original Xenoblade will always have a special place in my heart, but I can say that my favorite one of the 2 is XC2. For all of the same reason I love 1, I love 2 as well. This particular series is my favorite series ever.

I literally JUST finished New Game + and then I see this Zeke and Turters are the supreme waifus. I love this game way too much it has its dumb moments, its fan service moments, and its HIGHLY EMOTIONAL IT'S-TIME-TO-CRY moments and all of the characters are amazing even the ones with questionable designs edit:also.. I can't be the only one disappointed we never got to fully see Elysium in the final cutscene?

@@jeffmatrachisia3827 Well, for you to take me with a grain of salt, I've only played 2. From what I read before buying, the games are connected, but not really essential. What I meant is that it's have new characters, plot, mechanics, etc. I think I read that the creator had more in mind for 2 and X, but that might've been fake. Besides, with a ton of RPGs and Fantasy stories (at least the ones I've experienced) usually have an ending where the rest is up to imagination. That said, I do want to see more of post 2, I hate finishing RPGs and Fantasy books because I like to know what everything truly ends with- could just be me being greedy however.

Yayyyy, it’s finally here! Also, thank you for mentioning that Rex is just a kid! For everyone that hates on him that’s important to remember. I think even his voice lines and screams, more specifically, are influenced by that fact too. His screams may not always be the best but maybe they intended it to be very childish as he is a child. Who knows, that’s just how I see it. Btw, when you said Gramps transforms into his Titan form “somehow” there’s actually a reason behind it. I’m that scene where Pnuema speaks with Gramps and Poppi, she touches Gramps’ Core Crystal and it lights up, which makes you assume that she gave him the ability to transform back.

Last night I finally finished this game so I could watch this video. End of last year I stumbled upon the first part of this review and thought "Hey, that game looks really neat". Now I have sunk 200 hours into it and don't regrett one single minute. You basically sold me this game and I have to thank you for it. Keep up your great work :D

Surprised you didn't mention Shulk's voice when Klaus dies or the fact that the creation of this universe also created Xenoblade 1's universe. Or that Ontos is Alvis. Pretty much just anything connecting this game to Xeno 1.

Ramzaes, ma boy, you can't comprehend all the story if you haven't played the first Xenoblade Chronicles. Klaus was separated in two : Good Klaus became the god of the world of XC2 while Bad Klaus is the antagonist of XC1

I assume you didn't play the first game. Otherwise Klaus would be familar to you. Spoiler In fact Xenoblade Chronicles 1 play in the other universe where the other half of Claus and the female Scientist with him, Galea, became the Gods of this world. I also expect that the Charakter Alvis in this game is the third Aegis who became to the well known Monado, the Weapon Shulk uses.

I don't understand how a space elevator just falls apart after losing power like that. It's not an actively supported structure that holds its weight from the ground up upon a fountain of reaction mass. It's a structure that literally hangs down from the sky and anchored to the ground to keep it from flying off. It makes more sense if the cables holding the counterweight pulling the space elevator up broke under all that fighting within combined with the age of the structure itself.
