I recently stayed at the Waikiki Beach Marriott Resort & Spa, here is a complete review of the property and room.
This hotel has one of the best pool decks in Waikiki, it will make my top 10 list for sure. I also visited the Kuhio Beach Grill for an amazing breakfast buffet, this will also make a top 10 list for Waikiki breakfast buffets. I also visited the Queensbreak Restaurant and D.k. Steak house.

I really liked the new pool deck area with fountains, adult pool area, and open "grass" area. This will make the top 10 pools in Waikiki for sure. Everything in and about this hotel is VERY NICE!! Definitely would stay at this hotel while visiting Waikiki. Great location and amenities ❤

Wonderful hotel review. You did a great job capturing everything that is offered. Buffet looked terrific too - nice freshly cooked food and bakery items. I'd stay there in a heartbeat.

This is a nice hotel we have stayed there a couple of times before. Remodeled pool looks better. It’s NOT on the beach. It is across the street. I Allways think the Sheraton (bonvoy also) is a better option in the middle of everything. The GOAT is still the HILTON beach, pools, village and the fireworks 💥 Thanks for sharing see you in Hawaii in Jan. Headed to Iceland to see the active volcano 🌋

I was wondering which of the two was a better experience between this one and Hilton, sounds like this one is calmer than the Hilton but there’s more options and things to do at the Hilton 🤔

Stayed here last year in the Kealohilani Tower and loved it. They were working on the new pool area when I was there. Would definitely stay here again so that I can experience the new pool!

Very nice hotel. Great staff, extremely nice sunset views on the Ocean View side. The elevators can be slow and our key card did not work when got there, but over all Very nice and I would stay there again. Also, pickups for all of the tours are right out of your door.

Wow that outdoor pool and play area is amazing. Nice if you don’t want to get sandy or take younger kids to the beach for just a short while.

It was definitely a family favorite, kids were in the pool past sunset. We’ll done on the hotels part.

Thank you! I have not stayed there but have eaten at the Hau Tree Restaurant several times, wonderful location. I plan on doing a "Best Boutique Hotels On Oahu" video and the Kaimana Beach Hotel will most likely make that list.

The best time to visit Hawaii is a common question a detailed article is linked below. Several things to consider. Holidays in Hawaii are always at a price premium so if budget is a priority consider alternatives. If you can get here in early November you should be able to beat the rush. Rainfall jumps in October on average so be prepared for some possible rains showers, hard to predict. I always recommend booking based on flight prices, use Google flights and fiddle with the "Explore" option, you will be surprised at some of the deals you can get. If you want an amazing pool deck with lots of cabanas, on site games, fountains, along with being right across from the beach then Waikiki Beach Marriott is definitely the one to go with. If you prefer a smaller boutique hotel with direct access to a more urban side of Waikiki then Laylow. The laylow is right next to the International Marketplace and has a really cool hip vibe. You will enjoy either hotel imo, just depends on your preferences.

I did pull it out and it seems a bit tight for two. Its like a small single bed or a large futon.Of course if you are at the beach all day and playing hard they might not care. :)

Adults 48 USD, Kids 20 USD, about average for Waikiki.

@@ziurziur1ify Try the breakfast buffet at Dukes Waikiki, its a short walk, runs around 29.99 per person, not a wide selection but great views of the ocean.

The Kuhio Beach Grill at Waikiki Beach Marriott Resort & Spa offers a full breakfast menu ala carte daily from 5am to 11am. Adults 43 USD, Kids 20 USD (under 5 years old free). I got there super early but the hostess said around 7:30am it really gets busy. Great staff.

$48 for adults and $20 for children. I would say this is priced in the mid range for breakfast buffets in Waikiki. Orchids at Halekulani would be high end and Dukes breakfast buffet would be on the budget end.

I translated your message to this "This hotel did not return my $186 deposit from a cancellation that was due 4 months from now. If they are going to go, they will have to add what they ask for as a deposit because they will not return it" If this translation is correct I hope you resolve your deposit issue. If you are not a Marriott Bonvoy member I would recommend creating an account, it is free, and seeing if they can help you resolve the mix up.
