Waimea Bay Drone Footage showing the comparison between Summer and Winter time. In the summer Waimea bay on the north shore of Oahu looks like a lake. In the winter time there's huge surf at Waimea Bay. This is a drone video showing you the difference between both seasons.

I was there in mid March..the sea wasnt clear but wasnt so choppy either!!

amanda currin normally only gets this clear in the summer when it hasn’t been raining for a while

doing just great but its so hot... well for us swedes haha.. today it was +27C 80F in the shadow haha.. thats like a cold breeze for u.. ;)

depends, can be flat if the's no swell or big if there's an unexpected swell. Just have to check the surf report when you're here.

Should be a great time to jump off the rock. Just make sure the waves are flat. Also in May there is less rain which means the water should normally be really blue. Safe Travels!
