Is it normal not to find the "settings" section when I download the program to the MAC? It is the first time I open it

it is very compact and portable I like how easy it is to use compared to other laser engravers i have and it doesn't take up much room

Wainlux is producing technically high-quality and solidly manufactured devices. Therefore I wonder why they are delivered with such an abysmal and unfinished manufacturer software: faulty in every way and does not even master the simplest and most essential functions that any 5 year old cheap software of a 99 dollar neje cutter can do, so frustration is preprogrammed - and who on earth has the perverted desire to control a desktop laser with a smartphone app?
