Hwan is a time traveler but when he goes back to the past he keeps losing his memory. In several episodes, it is shown that 5 members were trying to save Cein's mother's life and each of them gets a message which is thought to come from Hwan or his father. In the end episode. Hwan has the second chance to throw back to the past. This will continue into season 2. If you are still confused, you should read the book or fan theories about the BTS universe.
