Curtis Armstrong (Dan's VA) once walked by our booth at a convention in Indianapolis shortly after Dan vs. ended. I said to him "Hey! I love Dan vs." and he said in the saddest voice I could imagine "Yeah... so did I" and he literally hung his head and walked away. This wasn't a bit; the man seemed legit devastated :(

The fact that _Dan vs._ aired on the same channel as _My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic_ is like the show just predates Isabelle and DOOM Guy or Barbie and Oppenheimer.

Dan Vs was such an underrated show. Always loved watching bits of it here and there, and the "I don't care who the IRS sends, I'm not paying taxes!" bit never gets old

I think one of the reasons that Dan works so perfectly as a character is that characters with negative qualities are, most of the time, some of the most relatable characters in fiction, we've all slacked off like Mordecai and Rigby, we've all felt indifferent at others like Daria and we've all felt angry about the world surrounding us like Dan does. Negative qualities are more relatable than positive ones because they happen more often.

That one time Dan Vs. and My Little Pony Friendship Is Magic has their own Barbenheimer and Doom Crossing back in 2012 or 2013.

I really hope this show makes a comeback

DAMN RIGHT, do I remember Dan VS! It's still crazy how this show premiered alongside MLP on The Hub. Imagine if this show were to be accepted on Adult Swim or MTV instead of The Hub.

Holy heck, I never in a million years thought that you would ever get to reviewing Dan Vs Jordan! You just made so many people's day! Dan Vs was and is still one of my all time favorite Hub Network shows hell every now and then I still binge it right here on YT!

Oh my God, YES. Finally you cover this. This show was IT when it was airing. It was so different from other shows and never really got boring.

There are 53 episodes of Dan Vs. and to this day I have only watched 52. I can not bring myself to watch Summer Camp, because it would represent me personally and officially closing the door on the series. I would love it if they would bring this show back. Thanks for doing this video!

This show was very underrated considering the crazy stuff that Dan will always would get into.

One of my favorite shows from The Hub. I even still follow the Facebook page which still occasionally makes posts with references from the show & new jokes depending on the post.

We were so close to getting this show a revival. I'm so f#$king sad.

Dan reminds me of an old friend from many years ago who had some of the same thoughts about everything being out to get him. I miss that guy.

A key aspect of this show that really made it for me was that when Dan gets angry at something and seeks out revenge, more often than not his conspiracies are…usually proven right! In addition, he ends up winning most of the time against things like a supervillain dentist, an animal shelter, or the ENTIRETY OF CANADA. It’s such a welcome subversion of the typical “you’re just imagining things” or “just desserts” these kind of scenarios lend themselves to. It also makes Dan feel more like the protagonist and less like an antagonistic main character.

Dan vs has the perfect format for so many episodes man, think about it. It can never really run out of content! It could literally be ongoing like south park where we see dan facing new real world problems. The show really needs to be picked back up

Still crazy i first discovered Dan through that MLP crossover fan animation with that pink fluffy Pony OC. After discovered his series,i starting to love the series with it's jokes,story,and characters. I still waiting for other studio to pitch this series and continue with the fourth season.

Dan Vs. is like Regular Show, where it can be mistaken as an adult cartoon but kids could still watch it.

Love shows like this and Regular Show that teetered this almost adult comedy edge while still being accessible for kids (older ones at least). Seems like a good way to have a broad appeal.

Such an amazing series! But unfortunately cancelled like many underrated masterpieces!

It's criminal that this series never got a continuation. It's freaking awesome.

Dan Vs. is very underrated. I watch the show during the pandemic, and it’s really fun and hilarious! I hope the series would return someday because there’s a lot of potential of what Dan can do in the current day.

This show was f-ing awesome. The sheer determination and will, resourcefullness of Dan was inspiring. How many times you just got so fed.up pissed that you wished you could take revenge, no matter how pity or stupid it sounds, because it would feel right, and sometimes its all you need.

Watched this all on KZfaq for free a few years back and found out that it was cancelled and I actually cried for a good few weeks about it, best show from the hub probably ever

This would be a great show for adult swim , it was kinda wild this was on the Hub with MLP and such was strange but worked in the same way all standouts do.

I think I will be backed up on this by many but Dan is probably most of our Spirit Animal. I can't tell you how many people I know reference this series, I point to the episode Dan Vs George Washington whenever I need to illustrate my own patchwork knowledge on anything XD

I still find it funny how this aired on the same channel as MLP:FiM, and even had bumpers involving crossovers with Dan and Pinkie Pie.

I recorded LOTS of the show when it first premiered on the Hub. So I do understand you enjoying it. I know I did. I like the writing, the voice cast and the art/animation style too. Glad to know you liked it too. I wouldn't mind seeing more new episodes but not sure how it should be brought back. Like you had said one of the creators said doing it in a Puppet style would be really neat to see or even why not for special episodes there be a live action episode of the characters.

This was a staple of the Hub network and was up there with things like Transformers Prime and R.L. Stines the Haunting Hour, such good memories cause I loved this show

Huh. Another awesome show brought to air with the help of Margaret Loesch, who was also important in bringing the 90s X-Men cartoon and Power Rangers to air. Glad to learn a bit more about this oddball series that shared a channel with My Little Pony and Pound Puppies. 😊

I heard of Dan VS thanks to the internet. I wanted to watch it but never knew where to find it. Just last week I heard about it again and looked it up on KZfaq and found Dan VS the Wolf Mam. It was great and now I’m back to looking for more episodes

I remember catching this as a early teenager just as it hit that canceled status and man would I love a current series of Dan vs it literally writes it self at this point Dan vs Ai , Dan vs google , Dan vs AI, Dan vs microtransactions , Dan vs the president (AKA trump) that's A argument id pay to see. out of all things Jordan could have posted I appreciate this nostalgia trip

WAIT....Am I the only one that remembers "Nascar racers"? (seriously that thing was such a core series for me in the 2000's growing up always expected you covering it)

I always liked how varied it was, for lack of a better word. Sometimes Dan would go up against some big conspiracy, sometimes it would be something mundane. Sometimes Dan would succeed in getting revenge, sometimes his priorities would change, and sometimes he would outright fail. It’s a show that definitely could have lasted a few more seasons, but it just wasn’t meant to be.

I wish this got rebooted... it was so real with the gripes Dan had, that always escalated to the absurd. This would work so well with streaming services nowadays.

Great show with some added nostalgia for me since I used to watch it with my nephew. It was a real bonding series for us

I have a funny depressing memory of having to recover from my tonsillectomy and being in terrible pain. During that time, I decided to binge watch Dan vs. during that terrible time. There is something so comforting watching this show when you have to recovery from a surgery lol

Dan Vs is better then most of the adult cartoons we have now. If it was on a bigger platform I have no doubt it would fine immediate success. I hope they can get the family guy & futurama treatment. Where reruns are aired on a different network and that causes enough upswell to revive it.
