You can't update the OS on these phones.

With Umidigi phones, you have to accept the limitation or absence of Android version, and security patch updates. Let's be honest, they are a cheap phone. I bought the A9 Pro, 2021, and for some reason, I could not receive pictures sent in MMS messages, yet I can receive them on my older Xiaomi Android One phone. It would take some convincing to buy another Umidigi phone. I'm all about cheap phones.
