It’s funny these 2 are crying about how shit is corny or over dramatic when their channel is based around watching anime. I watch anime too and even I can admit anime sometimes is corny and over dramatic. No one bats an eye when the main character beats the villains with the power of friendship and flashbacks. Plus, they’re over reacting as well.😂

They really crying about how you can tell they used stuntmen for the older actors? Duh, they are 60 years old and Martin Kove is 75 years old. Of course there are stuntmen in certain scenes. But many of the scenes have the actual actors do their own stunts. Give them some credit for performing and they do pretty well for their age. The kids, too, have stepped up their karate moves since season 1. Clearly they train and put in a lot of effort in this show.

What happens when you get Daniel’s former rivals in the same circle? They become the next three stooges of the show - the first being Miguel, Demetri, and Hawk. Speaking of, Demetri gets the best moment of the season when he clobbered Kyler. Now the only one left to settle a score with him is Sam. And finally, after nine months of anxiety my heart can heal. The only thing that would have made that scene more wholesome to me is if Miguel offered Sam to place the necklace around her.

Honestly in my opinion, Danny deserved to take that W after the L he took earlier on. Danny had every right to get his payback after all the traumatic shit Terry put him through back in Karate Kid 3, and this season and last season. And I would’ve been ok with Danny, Johnny, or Chozen beating Silver as long as Silver got what was coming to him. S5 was the best season, can’t wait for S6 which I assume will be the final one.

Kreese did assault a police officer then the guards while escaping, but he's also a highly decorated veteran. He could also spin it (with Tory's help) that he only escaped to protect his students. Public outrage would be a real thing.

He could claim PTSD. He was seeing counselors in the past and he was homeless before and struggling. Yes, he would have some sympathy and in today's environment and with his manipulation, he could get off with a lot less consequences than if he were someone else. Plus, he was framed. He would use the public's "pussy generation" mentality to his advantage.

Yall are entitled to your own opinions but I feel like yall take this show too seriously. We all know the show is highly corny and unrealistic but then again thats how this franchise has always been. Expecting this show to be anything other than it is like expecting a show like power rangers to be serious. If you could just sit back and enjoy the show for what it is, it can be more enjoyable.

Daniel is solely responsible for all of this happening while taking no responsibility. He raised both of his kids to do the same. They have collectively as a family ruined multiple lives. Daniel and his family all deserve the hate they receive.

Just here to say the series finale will be Kreese adopting Tory and her brother, then him introducing his "daughter" as Cobra Kai's new Sensei. Everything from s3 on supports this. 1. His nearly identical backstory ("sick" mom included) 2. Protecting her from the pedophile landlord and making an "arrangement" to keep her rent paid and in Cobra Kai 3. Tory's aunt pointing out she'd never get custody of her brother, and losing him would kill her. 4. Kreese cared more about Tory's need to feel like a winner than he did about keeping CK 5. Kreese specifically told Johnny he wanted an heir to pass CK onto, and it is NOT Johnny or Robby unless there's a drastic change.

Daniel was conflicted and wasn't ready to fight when Terry beat him up. In fact, he wanted to surrender. But in the final episode, he knew he had to fight Silver and he finally had the support of his wife and everyone else.

You guys missed out on a lot of great things in this episode. Too bad you guys didn't get it or enjoy the entertainment value, but I thought it was fantastic. The whole Kreese story in this episode, I thought, was genius. He faked his death. Again. And the song, "My Way", was perfect. Listen to the lyrics and it fit perfectly. You guys didn't understand the nuances and brilliance of this episode.

Kreese’s escape was funny, but he really did show those emotions in therapy because remember the psychiatrist said she knew she was being snowed. So, kreese breaking down was real because she would see through it but he also took advantage to steal her badge. Also the guards aren’t really looking for someone wearing a white coat and regular clothes…yet 😆

The guards may have been new or they just don't remember everyone in the prison or they may have not been in contact with the prisoners, but rather were outside guards. When the alarm sounded, they were probably just told that something bad happened, and not knowing what, they just rushed in expecting to find a riot or fight, but all they saw was some guy in a doctor's coat walking quietly, so they had no reason to stop Kreese. Totally believable.

This finale kind of felt like they made it under the impression that they didn’t know if they’d get a season 6. In two episodes the whole season’s plot that was building up just sort of ended and then it ends with a happy finale? Yeah, it feels like they wrote and filmed the ending because they weren’t sure if they’d get one more. And if we do get a s6 I feel like that’ll be the end for the series.

I think season 6 will blow all other seasons out of the water. They have set things up for an epic ending, which I believe the writers had in their minds years ago. The writers said they knew what the endgame was, but they just didn't know all the details of how to get there. I think season 6 will be the best season.

"Cobra Kai" is a mix of 1980's cheese, wrestling tropes, "Rocky" homages, and karate soap opera. It's very unique show and they do it so well.

As for Daniel's fight at the end... Yes I was happy that Daniel won vs Silver in front of everyone and that he wasn't afraid anymore but am I the only one who thought that this fight was too easy for Daniel! I would have loved to see something like Johnny's fight, hard at first and then boom in your face! 🤷🏼♀️ Or maybe Silver is really sick and he was tired after his fight with Chozen because that was intense! Lol And he was way too confident! Silver is such a good villain! 😅😂🙌🏻

it was pure bullcrap of a fight. None of that would have happened in the karate kid storyline logic. Especially after Terry just dog walked Daniel like he was a child a few episodes earlier.

Johnny's fight is my favorite scene & fight of the show! And the motivation, so perfect and so badass! 😍❤🔥🙌🏻🦅👶🏽 And the ring on Carmen's finger at the end! 🥰💍 So my top 3 of season 5 (and the show): 1. Johnny's fight vs The Fist! 🔥 2. Miguel vs Robby + baby talk ❤ 3. When Johnny found out he was going to be a dad! 🥰👶🏽

For me when I thought Kreese died I was angry! lol And I was so worried for Johnny, he's my favorite character! I wasn't worried for Chozen, I don't know why, I got a feeling he was okay! 🤷🏼♀️ But Johnny, Silver did made a threat at the end of last season and he didn't think Johnny was strong enough, he didn't even tell Kim Johnny existed! lol So, sorry Silver but you were wrong, Kreese was right, Johnny will always be THE best student of Cobra Kai! haha I think Johnny has the most endurance of them all, he can take all the hits and still be ready to fight for a good reason and that was his FAMILY! 😍😍😍 I know Chozen was fun and everything this season but when we think about Johnny and his story... he's still the best character of the show! That's my opinion! 🥰❤🙌🏻🦅

Terry just went to war with chozen,I can see Danny beating him, plus when they first fought Danny was enraged and mind wasn’t right. So him beating him, believable. Now Is this how I woulda did it, probably not but I was fine with it. Used his teaching methods against him. Season 5 was overall great in my opinion

Conflicts finally resolved between Sam and Tory; Johnny and Daniel; Miguel and Robby; and surprises like Chozen and Johnny and Barnes "flipping the script" from when they were bad guys decades ago to good guys now. Also, more development with Kreese (that scene when he was talking to his girlfriend, his Captain, Silver, Tory and his young selves was great). There was a lot more great moments this season. If the show ended right now it would be satisfying, as they tied up a lot of loose ends. But I know they still have a great conclusion planned. I think next season will be the final season, and there will be a death or two. They teased a death or two this season but there were none, so I think they are holding back the deaths for the final season.

Yes, there was way too much cheese in this finale to the point where it felt like bad after school special. I was so Jerry. It was too clean and to extra just to be extra they tease Krease, Chosen almost dying just for shock value. The school fight even though that kind of fight would ever happen it still felt realistic.

I said I was not coming back, but I wanted to give these guys another chance. but This is a weird Channel Cobra Kai a episode every Monday. but his Cobra Kai season 5 episode 10 finale on a Tuesday, and I don't mean to be mean, but it's just facts and hearing Evan and Rob argue all the time. like are they even really friends, or any of yeah just saying.
