They only have to carry that much on octoberfest, the rest of the year they either work as normal waitresses or even have completly different jobs, and they probably make more money in two weeks on octoberfest, than in two months with their regular job.

Ancient people from Israel region shows evidence all the way back to 13,000 bc. While 'Monks' only appeared around 200+ AD. But yeah, until proven otherwise with new findings, I would most likely agree to the possible fact that the invention of beer might belong to ancient people around Israel region.

I'm from Austria but I can tell you: most native german speakers won't even touch the handle of their glass if there isn't enough foam on it (excluding bottles or cans ofc). The line on the glass that comes after the pattern marks 1 l but it's really stressful to be fast at filling the glasses and serving them. Most drunks don't care anyway 😂😂🤷‍♂️
