i used the calm version of this BUT i became lucid in my dream last night and thought “omg i’m dreaming, i’m lucid !!” and tried to tried to shift and started affirming i was in my dr , but i woke up after realizing i was in a dream. I was definitely close, i haven’t had and motivation to shift really or dreams of shifting or any of my cc’s in MONTHS so the fact that i dreamt of shifting after listening to this ONCE shows this works !

This works well. I definitely shifted with the help of other fields as well but this is the one I'm going to be using to sleep with as this really helped me amplify the shift I feel like. I've been practicing shifting and stuff for about 3 years now. If you can already shift then this will really boost it. Here's some advice. 1. Decalcify your pineal gland/work on your third eye and other chakras 2. Stay grounded/stay balanced 3. When you meditate and when you sleep feel the pressure on your third eye, feel that energy rising and your vibrations all over, feel it in your head down to your feet, focus on that third eye and feel the twirling/spinning sensation and visualize what you want. This is what works for me I hope this helps. It might even help you leave your body just saying. I haven't mastered that yet but have done it quite a few times. I've even flew in my city in the sky and stuff. I've done some things lol

I know you probably don’t feel well but don’t vent in the comments, especially without a warning. It honestly lowers peoples vibes. I recommend a shifting break to make yourself realize you’re FINE without shifting. Learn about the LOA in the meantime. The 3D (which is everything you experience, the outer world, everything your "logical" side perceives) is irrelevant. What you see doesn’t matter. You know why? The 3D is just a reflection of your thoughts. Like a mirror. If you stand in front of a mirror and get angry at it, it’ll get angry back. When you get sad, it does that too. Change your mindset and everything will fall into place. The 4D is working on your manifestation, right in this moment, so don’t believe everything the 3D has to offer you. If you tell yourself that you can’t do it, it will reflect that back onto you. If you continuously tell yourself that you can do it, you will absolutely do it. For more insight I recommend the Neville Goddard subreddit. It really does have a lot of valuable information. It can help you understand the Law more. So guys I did fall asleep when I was about to do my affirmations lmao, So I didn't go to my DR nor anything, but I was actually happy all day I would go there Of course my hopes broke up a bit when I woke up here but that isn't going to let me stop (I know hope is different from faith, but I trust that I will go, at least that is what matters to me the most despite the lack of self confidence) And here's a thing, whenever I try to shift, I always wake up in 7AM, this is something I have always noticed, and finally decided to get it as a sign that I am close to leave, especially since I wake up with some energy, despite the fact that it shortly fades, I always found it weird lol Anyways, best of luck to everyone!, I am going soon enough

Last night i attempted to Shift (i lisented to this subliminal for like 5 Times(plus other sub that i love very much) i dont really have a method its a method that i myself made, i had my script under my pillow, counting, sub in the backround and things and Well uh i didnt Shift , buttt, theres a but, i had a dream,a very lucid dream, in the dream i was back in my Town(in not in my Town atm) as i was walking and looked around as i realised that it was a dream and Then ofc i tried to see 100% if its a dream and i imagined of flying andd boom i started flying, then when i was flying above the houses ive seen my gradmas house but it was demolated and than when i remembered smt else, William and shifting, then i got down on my feet and Thought of William, but it didnt work then later i tried again (i didnt want to give up lol) and well when i opened my eyes a tall man, with black pants, black belt, dark purple suit, yellow/golden tie, fair skin, grey eyes, dark brown mullet styled fancy, wrinkles and creases with a roman /hank nose, older, And boom William Afton was in front of me, i wasted no time and i hugged him tight as The man placed his hand on my back and i remember something pretty unuclear and i dont know if it really was said but i remember a "not now, but soon" in a voice i cannot really remember idk what should that mean and Then after The hug ended i asked the man something "can i kiss you on The cheek?" and oh my gosh he nodded his head as he had a flirty like smirk on his face as i kisses his cheek and Then boom, i was idk where in front of an woman that looked in her 20s as she asked me "hey whats wrong?Are you okay? " and Then after some seconds of talking with her as she keept asking me if im okay or what happened and Then she started talking about food and later we were eating her soup and Then i woke up, but in all this wierd ass dream idk why but i had some moments in the dream when my sight would go White like i was waking up but i fighted it bcz wtf i was trying to hug silly willy :)))) and when i woke up i Started crying out of happines like i KISSED HIS CHEEK AND HUGGED HIM, so sad that in dream you arent able to feel things, even tho in the hug when his arms were around my body and his hand in my back i felt some kind or light weight were supposte to be and when i kissed his cheek i felt some kind of tingle on my lips, Is the universe doing me a little favor or smt??!?? Idk wierd thing but i loved it

Doubt ? What is the difference between shifting realities and dying in the current reality and waking up up in desired reality(like rebirth but you don’t remember your past)? Will I remember my present life if I shift? Will I die in my present life if I shift? Another important thing how do I script ? Like how do I script my desired face, life scenarios, height , weight , name.etc ? Do I script like : My name will be(name) I will look like the girl in those picture. (*While seeing the picture*). U will never die and will never forget unless you want to. Shifting is changing your consciousness' location. Not completely moving it. You can change ur consciousness back to this reality
