I really want to start doing this everyday but i cant because i have a really early bus. it comes at 6:51 in the morning and i already have a hard time getting up. im probably going to start stretching in the morning and do a quick work out but im not sure. you are such a role model and i really look up to you

i know right?! she is so positive and i love watching her :D a tip for waking up early is to just drink cold water and start moving your body! even if nicole didn't see your comment, just know that 67 people saw/liked and we all agree! :) ps: if you're incredibly tired, don't force yourself to wake up right then. get a couple more minutes of sleep like 10-15 minutes
