I have a question lovely! Why are you just tossing in your detergent tab, is there a particular reason? Because I think it is meant to go in the little hatch on the door. (also, you do not need to hand wash the dishes [ I know, I know "it's just a pre-rinse"] before putting them in the dishwasher. It saves water, time and maybe a bit of money to not. If they're not coming clean without rinsing first you're probably overfilling the machine. Ignore me if you want, just trying to be an eco warrior [to that point, no more paper towel]) Keep up the good work! Happy holidays xo
