I can relate so much girl 😭 I used to wake up 10am-12 (I have a hard time falling asleep early) but I just got hired at a new job where I have to wake up at 5am 🙃 it’s been a struggle but I feel so much more productive, I used to feel guilty for wasting my mornings sleeping.

I used to struggle with getting up early. I was an early bird all throughout high school, and would often sleep in as much as I can now that I am in college. I would recommend using an Amazon Alexa alarm or an alarm that slowly brings light up until the alarm goes off. It helps a lot with fixing your circadian rhythm sleep cycle!

Sav loved this! You are one of my favs and I love seeing that you posted and I watch it as soon as I can. You are doing so good and trying out new habits is so fun, im trying to completely change up my diet and it’s hard but I know it will be worth it. Also love that you are a plant girly now but one thing with your snake plant, don’t pour water into the plant itself just in the soil, it’s not good for it to get water in its base and also those barely need water or sunlight so it’s such a great plant 🪴 love you girl ❤️

Long video yesss!!!!🥰 also I have suffered a lot with my weight and gaining weight for my whole life I get told I’m skinny and need to eat. I eat. People need to realize that depression, anxiety, etc can cause someone to lose weight while they are still eating. I’ve been down that road and you just gotta somehow take yourself out of that and you’ll gain your weight back. Sav we love you!!!! Don’t listen to haters!!❤️❤️

Im new to the fam 💖, and girllll i Get it soooo much its add and adhd overthinkn minds/night owls lol! I love the night life on weekends for sure ❤ but u just have to have to make no night plans, cancel maybe to discipline you and your friends, lol! But they also should understand 😊. BUT when important milestones happen it happens so u celebrate that is amazin but just you know its gonna be one heck of a day the next lol but worth it 🙃! I always tell my friends hey im busy im doing so and so and they would get it girl. You got this, try again ✨️ I get up at 6:15 each morning its sooo hard but i do have a amazing bf that is a morning person 😅 and so he MAKES SURE lol im up so its great, but ur body gets use to it but just have to push yourself wayyy harder.

hey girl, I just wanted to let you know that you are not alone on the losing weight thing. Life happens and it is okay. When I got broken up with a couple years ago, I was in a really bad place and I would not eat. I lost a lot of weight but that it okay, things happen. We all go through things, our own things, and deal with our own struggles but no matter what, you are strong and beautiful and it is the little steps that matter. You should be proud of your self for taking time to sit down and eat, like I said it’s the littlest things that matter. No matter what people say about your weight, at the end of the day all that matters is what you think about yourself, please try to be easy on yourself. You are gorgeous inside and out.🤍 i hope you have a great day!
