You should play Norway into the North Sea Empire. Really fun and kind of a difficult start. A lot of costal raiding and raising provenances.

not enough Ante Bellum content being made, glad to see it :) if you plan to revisit it soon I would like to see a Carolingian Francia, or Asturius Reconquista

@@bloodorchidviper5225it's properly Spanish & as minor as it gets. Navarre is basque essentially & Galicia is related to the Galics of Portu-Gal.

Have you considered doing a fantasy mod for halloween? Maybe Annebar or Elder Scrolls Universalis has some short of spooky/evil faction, I think that there are necromancers in the Elder Scrolls universe.

I managed to fight England directly by waiting for it to invade Scotland and allying Lotharingia, Norway, and Denmark, as well as taking a bunch of loans to hire and keep up mercenaries.

If you like EE, you'll most likely enjoy this mod as well, it's relatively easy to get into. Major powers like Bulgaria, Nizzarids, Andalusia seem to dominate every game though unless stopped early, it's like having 3 Ottomans in one game.
