BTS are called the best performers of this generation for a reason. They never do any live performance half baked. They always go all out. Like if BTS is there in the performers list, you can guarantee that they'll be the best performers there regardless of the time duration given to them. I think that's why western award shows give them 5 mins to perform but it doesn't matter coz they still outperform everybody else.

The black swan performance deserves a spot in the finest art museums, it was legendary!!! For ON, I liked the MAMA performance more cause they went all out with it. They performed in the Seoul world cup staduim and brought cheerleaders, gymnasts, marching band, and danced with props... It was a GRAND performance!

Borahae means : I purple you, a phrase Taehyung made for ARMY to say "in the end, we are always together and love each other", as purple is the last colour of the rainbow. After that, purple became BTS' official colour. :)

I wish words could convey just how impeccable that part was with Jimin and jungkook. The sheer amount of talent, trust, core strength, stability, and dedication it took to do those moves is just astounding. And the fact that these moves are typically done between a man and a woman, BTS truly are breaking down barriers with stereotypes and it is truly historic. I will never get over how incredible that part was with them, it brought me to tears! 👏🏻

*"Borahae"* means "I purple you" (in korean) Its a phrase V made up at one of their concerts (back in 2015 I think) and it ended up becoming the ARMY x BTS slogan for saying I love you to each other and changed the fandom color from silver/grey to purple (that's why you'll see ARMYs always dropping purple hearts in the comments 💜💜) He said the meaning behind the phrase was that purple was the last color in the rainbow which symbolized how BTS and ARMY will always love each other

Jungkook makes it look easy but the strength and balance it takes to execute those lifts in black swan in water. His beautiful high note vocals in On and harmonizing/adlibs in life goes on. Then dynamite vocals and dance break. And his visuals 🔥 he was truly amazing in this performance! Jhope also stood out to me especially in dynamite

Just for your info, Borahe is Korean and means "I purple you" which V created and started. Now both Armys and BTS use and spreaded to worldwide. Notice all lights are in purple. Anytime when you see purple color and lights, it's BTS.

Every year I wonder how BTS will top their previous performance for the end of the year award shows And they just do it as if it’s not a big deal Like I swear I’m still not over any of these guys performances, they always do whatever they can to improve. And watching this year’s mama award show I realized BTS’s impact on other performances

I think it is normally 'funk 'n soul' but I think Jin also at least once says 'funk in seoul' so that sounds a lot like 'f*cking soul', so its understandable that you thought that was the lyric ☺ Also there are quite a few BTS songs where they do swear (not even looking at the rapline's mixtapes), although admittedly most are earlier ones... Some examples that come to mind if you are curious: Intro: Nevermind, Trivia: Love, Whalien 52, I Need U, probably also in the cyphers, Also often they swear in the quiet adlibs in songs, rather than official lyrics (so they aren't marked as explicit on spotify etc)

Because they do swear in other songs I was the same, I genuinely thought it was fucking soul for maybe a month or so. I heard it play on the radio (I don't listen to the radio much so I literally spent a month singing "little fucking soul" like a muppet) and was with my mum and I realised it had played in full and I had to Google then cause I thought it was just an accidental uncensored version playing and looked the lyrics up and it'd been funk and soul the whole time. They sing that bit with such passion in some parts of the song that in my head I still hear little fucking soul ha. Also could always be that rapper thing of double meanings in pronunciation of words ha, doubt it this time but you never know haha! Even now I still keep singing the wrong lyrics at least once in the song accidentally haha.
