I went for a walk in Pyeongchang-dong, one of the wealthiest neighborhoods in Seoul. It is located at the foot of Bukhansan Mountain in Jongno-gu, the center of Seoul. It's not easy to walk because of the hot weather and it's on a hill, but it was a different experience walking through the alleys lined with huge mansions and luxury houses. An alleyway tour in Seoul, let's explore Pyeongchang-dong with me today.

Land in Korea is limited. The house is small, there is no garden, and there is street parking. In other countries, there are pools, tennis courts, basketball courts, etc.

You can have it if you move outside Seoul just by driving an hour and half. The real problem is not the peninsula but the fact that most people live near Seoul only.

It looks like the houses in my Korean dramas. Maybe they used these houses as props. The houses where Koreans live here in New York City are so much bigger and more palatial. I guess when you're rich, you can afford to buy bigger houses around the world since there's no limit to the size of the land you can purchase.

Olá do Brasil 🇧🇷. Os Bairros mais ricos daqui do Brasil, são bem diferentes, as casas não são próximas, são bem afastadas e ninguém pode entrar, é tudo fechado.

@@fernandosampaio3429 falo mais pela estrutura e organização das ruas, são estreitas, não tem calçada, a fiação exposta. Acredito que poderia ser aplicado nas favelas do rj no morro, ou em BH. Na italia também tem uma organização interessante nos morros de lá. Porém pra mim essas ruas sem calçada e estreitas não são o ideal, apenas o adequado para algumas regiões do Brasil

Korea 's system itself is all nonsense. It is a country where military coups took place twice & the military government ruled for 30 years. In summary, everything was hastily built & the concept of a house in South Korea is that all U have to do is move in & live there.
