Assalamalaikum. Thank you for sharing this brother. Its not an easy distance to cover for people with mobility issues. We have made our booking in this hotel. Would you have any idea if the hotel provides wheelchair to cover the distance between the hotel and haram? We booked it as it showed it was closest on google maps to haram. Jzk

I don’t think Hotel had such facility. but you can get a wheelchair from Haram Shareef. there’s a point where you can get free of charge wheelchairs. I really don’t know how to get there but you can ask from people who works inside the Haram shreef, about this location. and you keep this wheelchair with you all the time. I saw some people left these wheelchairs outside there room door. ALLAHA make it easy for you. and please remember us your prayers.

ASSALAMUALAIKUM, can anyone please tell which is better among pulman zam zam and swissotel makkah ,considering the walking duration to Haram

وعلیکم سلام as per my understanding, Swissotel Makkah is better than Pullman zam zam and distance wise more close to Haram Shareef as well.
