Yesterday I discovered WID. Since then I've been almost non-stop listening for their songs. Can't believe WID aren't more known. That's some great and epic gothic metal. A deep and dark sound finely blended with silent ballad-like passages. With fitting guitar solos thrown in and an amazing female lead voice topping it all. Just perfect. I found many songs that I definitely like - but A Way to the Stars is an absolute killer. Instant top 10 in my personal gothic/symphonic metal song list. Keep it going!

As a great a debut their album “In the Shadows of Things” was, "Welcome to the New World" elevates this band even higher. This song, "A Way to the Stars" closes out the album and I won't spoil it for anyone who has not yet heard the album so I'll just say what a way to finish off an album that, to me, is just one amazing song (both musically and lyrically) after the other......

Yeah it's weird a Kosovar rapper from Switzerland called Loredana lately made 12 million views in just two weeks. If true it would mean she's one of the greatest German speaking rappers of all time. There's the possibility though that she cheated and bought some views because it pays.
