Hello The WiFi was ok - but depends where you are , it's strongest in some areas and useless in others

Thank you for the video me and my friend are booked to go in March and it's nice to see it before we go and fin out about it. Just wanting to know though how's the WiFi I've seen alot of reviews saying you have to pay for wifi if you want it in your room and that the free WiFi around the hotel was really bad didn't work. So you know if there are any shops near by where an Egyptian sim card can be bought. Also you mention your in the VIP area how do you get that we booked in as all inclusive, did you pay extra to upgrade.
