This is a great man and writer. Love the way he says, "medical schoooooooo......" My oldest son is named Walker, for Percy.

He received this award on May 21, 1989. He died less than a year later on May 10, 1990.

I recently finished The Second Coming. I will long remember Will's idea involving the three nursing home residents. I'm glad Percy decided to contradict the notion that old folks have little to offer and should therefore submit to pressure withdraw from life.
