Alamo Plaza is one of the most popular Downtown areas in San Antonio Texas where mostly tourists and some locals often traverse. It highlights what San Antonio has to offer with its shops, eats, and entertainment. Nearby is the San Antonio River Walk, Iconic Alamo, River Center Mall, and more popular spots and venues.
I returned to the River Walk - the #1 attraction in Texas - on this video and it's as lively as ever. Plenty of great sights and sounds to see.

San Antonio looks very peaceful, relaxed, and lay back kind of environment compared to other cities I been to. Definitely planning on moving there some day.

I've been to San Antonio for a conference and couldn't believe how beautiful your riverwalk was, especially compared to larger cities. Loved my visit.💛

I was down here in July 2018 during the NAACP Conference. Absolutely LOVED San Antonio and the Riverwalk...will be back!

The only truly impressive tour I took in San Antonio was by San Antonio Walks & Drives. After one tour we took two others and truly the highlight of our trip. You will not know San Antonio unless you do those tours. Really, they were much more than tours all the others I've ever taken in that City have been kitschy and rather typical

If you ever go to the tower, you can get to see all of San Antonio from up there. It's really impressive !!!

It's like walking around the Riverwalk back then in 1992. Wonderful video ! By the way, at minute 34:18 of this video, a Düsseldorf Kraftwerk artist performed Trans-Europa Express at San Antonio.

Around 25 years ago, my ex-girlfriend and I were chased by a gang of tattooed thugs at the San Antonio Riverwalk, late at night, after 10:00 p.m. We ended up in an isolated area of the place after walking a long distance, when suddenly the young men (about 5 of them) appeared out of nowhere. Thank goodness, though, that we were able to reach a flight of stairs nearby, where a large group of tourists was descending it, at the same time. When we reached the upper street level, which was crowded with lots of people, we decided to take a taxi back to our car, which was parked only a couple of blocks away from there, just to be on the safe side. I think that they probably wanted my girlfriend's large purse. We were just lucky. 👁️👁️

I enjoyed myself in San Antonio 2 weeks ago, even got to enjoy the festival's river parade. I assumed the water always looked that way. lol I assumed swimming in it is off limits so didn't mind it. I'm looking foward to my next visit to San Antonio! Mahalo.

@@kerrym8897 That water used to be Clean enough that you could drink from it. Mind you this is fresh water. But due to the I believe it was Allergenic pollen. that rolled in. It got into everything. You can see it flying in the wind. it got into the Water and now we cant seem to get it out. So its very embarrassing.

What's with all the mask wearers outdoors?? Didn't TX get rid of the mask mandate? I can understand maybe indoors a business may still require it, but come on people! Your outside, get some fresh air!

Yes outside we don't wear them but when you're walking around a city that can be as crowded as San Antonio, it's better safe than sorry. You are so close to other people on the Riverwalk that you can catch it easily .
