Take a walk with me around Goa Camarines Sur in the Bicol Region of the Philippines. During my walk, the light sporadic rain showers were coming from Tropical Storm Paeng (nalgae). This was my first time in Goa Camarines Sur, and I hope to come back with an update video when I have better weather, so let's see what happens.
