4:32 habitually left his trash bag in the middle of the street. Another guy at 9:30 even though tried to throw his garbage at the trash collector missed it.

@slpl I agree that garbage is an acute problem in Vietnam. The state is taking some steps to change the situation, but, IMHO, this is not a fast track. Thank you for watching.
