It is composed of the Zanzibar Archipelago in the Indian Ocean, 25-50 kilometres (16-31 mi) off the coast of the mainland, and consists of many small islands and two large ones: Unguja (the main island, referred to informally as Zanzibar) and Pemba Island. The capital is Zanzibar City, located on the island of Unguja. Its historic centre is Stone Town, a World Heritage Site.

Zanibar people and city are a great ancient civilization, Zanzibar is world famous since antiquity known for it's port and fort.

are you serious? I took a sound recording device to tape sound. would it be a good idea to record 2 hours just sounds ?

Unlike many other African cities, Zanzibar looks clean and and there is hardly any traffic. The promenade is very nice. No matter that the buildings are old, the alleys have their charm and are quiet.

This is a good video...but i thought Zanzibar, Stone Town, was famous for its wonderful, intricate carved doors and entrances?..you didn't show any in this video😔

لكنني أردت أن أرى نساء يسرن في الشوارع مرتديات البكيني أو بملابس قليلة ، لكنهن يمشين مغطاة. إنه أمر محزن ومهين للغاية.
