Family members always told the plaintiff that the defendant was her father, and she finally met him when she was 18. The plaintiff is petitioning the court for a paternity DNA test because she wants to know for sure. The defendant is eager for the results.

It’s not just on her to build the relationship, it’s on both of you. It’s a fathers job to fight for his daughter no matter how inconsiderate the mother has been. Tighten up dad. Mom you should’ve been in court with your daughter. Tighten up Mom, this ain’t about you and your feelings.
@ajthemyth316

It’s a difference in this case though. It’s one thing to know the child is yours and the mother trying to keep the child from you and not knowing if the kid is yours and the mother keep giving you the run around. You hear rumors of a child being yours and you went to court 3 times and the mom never show up I’d think there would be some doubt

I’m a firm believer in not rocking the boat. If she and her family are going so far as to call the cops on me to keep me from her child, I’m stepping back as a man. Maybe there’s a reason she’s fighting so hard to keep me away. He did his part. As far as making her go to court and sanctions, who knew 20+ years ago that was a thing. If the state couldn’t get her to go to court, how can I? I’m with the father on this one.

🚨🚨🤔No one said it was on her to build the relationship. 👉🏽It was on the mother to NOT be an asshole and skip court and purposely keep this man away when he tried it the legal way. I’d see if he never tried. If the mom didn’t play games, the plaintiff would have HAD a father.🤷🏽‍♀️. Let’s not skip over that. 🥴

These scenarios happen when trifling, irresponsible, and horny teenagers have unprotected sex. Unplanned pregnancies result. Nevertheless, Mr. Parker was so fos that he couldn't keep a straight face. He didn't fight enough for his daughter because he didn't want the financial responsibility, let alone the emotional one. However, Miss McLeod's mother not showing up for court to take the DNA test was not the case's final disposition. She could've and would've been held in contempt, jailed, and forced to appear. Meanwhile, I'm grateful that Miss McLeod (and I could bitch slap her mama for her first name, so ghetto) has clarity, truth, and knowledge of her paternity. Hopefully, Mr. Parker legitimated his daughter by going back to court and legally had his name affixed to her birth certificate. That's what real men do.

BOTH parents are wrong! He could have subpoena the mother to come to court which, would have forced her to come to court. He did NOT do ALL he could have done. He did the bare minimum. YES, the mother was wrong for not going to court and not letting him know he had a child but, his family knew so, he knew. But, your response is not blaming him for his actions now. He was nonchalant and not receptive to how she felt about her life at that very moment. and what she needed from him as a father. BOTH parents are equally wrong. I understand baby girl feelings but at the same time you can't force anybody to be there. Her mom wrong for not showing up to court 3 different times. It wasn't about her it was about her child & she denied her of having a relationship with her dad. Smh PS I hate how JM gives results to paternity cases 😂🙄

They all need to be blaming the Mother! They came in and out of his life for years playing games. He drove 3x for no show paternity test in court and had a no show Christmas from her. The mother kept him away, she lied. He moved towards the daughter and saw her regardless not knowing.

Some parents really are inconsiderate. My mother would give me the same response- he's your father, you don't need him, what you need him for? Just like the young lady in this video, you start looking for temporary love in the wrong places to fill that void. To any mothers out there that gives responses like this to your child, remember your child has feelings as well and has a right to gain clarity.

Young lady, now you know who is your biological daddy; NOW YOU RUN RUN RUN RUN RUN RUN RUN RUN and keep running. He doesn't even want to get close after the verdict DNA results to give you a hug or asked to. He does not care or want to care. Moreover, something between the mom (plaintiff's mother) and the defendant (now dad) is JUST NOT MAPPING or ADDING up. They both have some serious EXPLAINING TO DO, if nit willing to come to the table for the whole truth and nothing but even if it will be painful or feelings are hurt. Look into it. If not like mentioned prior, keep running and set boundaries for yourself and for your peace of mind
