Hello, everyone! In today's video, we'll take you on a walking tour of BGC or Bonifacio Global City in Taguig. Our journey starts at Serendra, continues through BGC High Street, passes along 5th Avenue, and concludes at Forbes Town Center.
The BGC area, with its modern skyscrapers, exhibits of contemporary architecture, wide walkways, street art, parks, and several mixed used developments containing cafes, restaurants and shops, can be considered as a sight by itself and possibly the most pedestrian-friendly area of Metro Manila. It is an area that deserves a few hours of exploration, both in the day and in the evening where some areas get more alive.

Phil realty sector build business district in Philippines not the govt that's why many business district in Manila are well maintain, road landscaping, buildings and malls etc. Govt build cities are shit honestly speaking, garbage, slums roads are small. Thanks to private developers who develop the cities nice clean. In Indian case are different, Indian developers are not developing Indian market, they invest heavily in Dubai. Many Indian developers build buildings outside India than improving their country.

BGC did really spearheaded the Development of Taguig City, outcompeting Other Cities in Metro Manila, particularly the Highly Competitive Cities of Manila, Makati, Mandaluyong, Muntinlupa, Pasay, Pasig and Quezon City . Aside from BGC, other nearby developments such as McKinley Hills and McKinley West are also established in Taguig City, and the still under development Such as Arca South is a Future Integrated Real Estate also under Ayala Land.

Bangladesh government can't provide to have a CBD like this instead to build from scratch to a new modern business district they refer to revive or restore some old places in Dhaka like Gulshan and Banani which is I don't feel satisfied because every street corner you can still saw some existing old buildings, vendors and hanging wires everywhere. 😔

Bangladesh economy is growing fast, govt can build beautiful cities. Manila is very unique, majority of new cities, like Makati, bgc, ortigas, and many more cities under developments are all private built. Govt looks shits, dirty and unplanned. New cities are all well planned city develop by private developers not govt.
