This was about 8:45am, so nothing was opened yet. I went back around 2pm and it was very busy.

@@adamstetler8838 Thanks. I'm traveling on August from Spain and I'm a little worried with the city's situation about security. I'm looking a lot of videos of people living worst than dogs in the streets. And I don't know, maybe the city is suffering post pandemic situation with a lot of bussines closed.
