Kyrenia is a cultural and economical centre, described as the tourism capital of Northern Cyprus. It is home to numerous hotels, nightlife and a port. It hosts an annual culture and arts festival with hundreds of participating artists and performers and is home to three universities with a student population around 14,000.
The old port of Kyrenia is the first on any tourist itinary. Filled with history and character, this place ours style. The many eateries are set out around a crescent of sail boats of all types.

My favorite place in the world.......I miss this place when I was there 2004 to 2008 .....what is the current news from there inform too.....and thank you so much .....I love that place bellapise also

Girne is the touristic center, Lefkosa is the nation center and Gazimagusa is the economic center

it is a relatively inexpensive country. The Turkish side (Northern Cyprus) is even cheaper than the Cypriot side.

Also depends on which currency you compare it with, EUROS are used in the Greek side and Lira is used in Turkish side

@@walking4k194 you are clearly not Cypriot, the south side is Cypriot and so is the north side Cypriot, the difference is south is mainly Greek Cypriots and north is mainly Turkish Cypriots
