@@ladistar well my first experience in Jets suffering was the Testaverde injury, although I was only like 4 years old it’s still one of my earliest memories (my dad raised me on football so I was at watch parties before I could walk), of course the more memorable ones to me was when I was older such as the Favre injury, and the loss to the Steelers in the AFC Championship after going on a miracle run and dethroning the Pats. And then everything post that can just be summed up by the following longest current playoff drought in American sports. Of course there are more specific instances like “seeing ghosts”, drafting ZW, and much more but I don’t want to type them all out because they aren’t anywhere near as significant as the Testaverde injury, Favre injury, AFC Championship loss, and now Rodgers injury… you can judge all you want but even as a younger Jets fan I’ve still experienced more heartbreak then 99.9% of sports fans will experience in their life. ALSO: Belichick resigning but I forgot to mention it… and even though I was alive at the time I have no memory of the AFC Championship loss to Denver so I can’t count that as part of my heartbreak.
