just read the other day Florida has some big regulations coming up to be met by condo owners in buildings higher than three stories....this would be an interesting subject to talk about. People are already getting slammed with home insurance costs rising and now this....

The most boring area in Miami dade county. It’s not even Miami. It takes 40 minutes at least to get to Miami Beach or Miami. And if there’s no traffic. Calling it a billionaires row is a red flag. No real billionaire would live in such a damp
