The polymer make-down equipment (M800SS) is housed in a 40-foot-high cube shipping container modified with service doors. The container includes all necessary plumbing and electrical hookups.
The container has our standard spray foam insulation, LED lighting, HVAC climate control, power board, and power distribution.
Operators load dry polymer bags into the Flexicon screw hopper, which moves the dry polymer to the make-down system. The dry polymer system prepares a field-adjustable 0.25% polymer solution, and the transfer pumps move the polymer solution to an external age tank. The seven-dosing pump skid then doses the polymer solution to the client's clarifiers.
The entire system is controlled with ‪@RockwellautomationInc‬ Allen-Bradley PLC and HMI.
