Wall or Defense? Today we gonna find out which one is more important and need to be prioritized to upgraded first. I think max defenses are more important,because ground attackers always have some Wall breaks,siege machines or spell to ease the wall

I always have maxed walls before hitting the next th but the walls are the last of my priorities in upgrading, so I'm always ending up with lab, hero and wall upgrades before reaching the next th

As a TH15, walls are not worth prioritizing at all, only upgrade walls when your sitting on max resources and you don’t have any builders available

@@falloutglasster7807 when 1 builder finally gets freed up, but you have more than enough loot to upgrade something again, you wanna spend the extras on walls before upgrading it so that you aren’t sitting on max resources later, because the build times take a lot longer than it takes to get resources

In the last 2 months I have been doing this thing where I only use 5/6 of my builders, then just farm constantly like my life depends on it and pump my resources into my walls. As a result I have dropped to silver II, but I have also upgraded over 250 walls to lvl 14, farming over 1 000 000 000 resources

Walls are important but not as it used to be bc now a days all attackers are edragon spammers or super dragon spammers like wow and if someone use a ground attack they have super wallbreakers who 1 shot every wall so yes and let's not forget seige machines and super giants

You should have taken "time taken to destroy the defense" into consideration. With high level walls, it takes a lot more time, resulting into possible time fail

300 walls at 1M per wall. If when I finish all my defenses, heroes and laboratory I'm not finished with walls I'll upgrade to th12 anyway

@@plusarik8879 I nearly always get caught upwith lab upgrades. Lab been not finished since like th8 and im th11 now. Finally got a handle to it beacuse i bought like 4 hammers of fighting and a lot of research potions to get it back up and running

i think what we have to understand out of this is that it's important to have a good balance in your village (like you have to upgrade walls and defenses and not only one of them)

Honestly It would be kinda cool if you could double up walls to block air troops, either by using 2 sets of walls or just having a limit of how many walls can be made higher to block air troops.

for casual player maybe you can go easy on the wall. But if you plan to be a valuable war player, upgrade the wall. The wall does not add much to the war potential calculation, so for example a TH 10 with max def and max wall is basically have similar war potential as TH 10 with max def and lvl 1 wall for the war match calculation. The same can be said for the traps, i does not do much but a 99% is still a 2 star.

As much as possible max your walls if you can, TH13 walls surprisingly can hold on well against TH14 and TH15 max troops

Tbh a mix of both because you’re not always gonna have maxed defenses unless your maxed (which I doubt) but a high level defense with a med-high level wall is fine enough

You do need a decent leveled wall though. Something like 2-3 levels below the max for your TH in the very least.

If youre wanting to rush, just get lvl 8 walls and shoot it straight to th15. Walls are much to expensive after 8 to care about if youre rushing for max army

Yeah exactly, Wall Breakers/Super Wall Breakers, EQ Spells, Jump Spells, Hog Riders and Grand Warden can straight up jump over them without a spell, Siege Machines which I haven't even unlocked yet but look cool as hell, I wish walls got a small update to at least allow some level of fortification like an increase in health but have to be re-fortified manually after each time they're destroyed in a defense (similar to how traps used to work)

There is so many ways to deal with them to balance out the fact that, if you didn’t used any of the methods described to get rid of walls (including flying and jumping troops) good luck getting through the base and/or ever achieving 50%, let alone getting past 20% destruction.

Also, take into consideration the placement and spacing of objects. Having a weak wall in a really clever spot can make a huge difference versus having a stronger wall. You can use objects to draw troops away from the wall, so the strength of the wall makes no huge difference in that case.

walls are not for defense, they are for intimidation and funneling. if you see a max TH12 with lvl 3 walls then you are going to want to attack it more than a max TH11 with max walls. the funneling is used because ground troops don't want to go through walls but this is secondary because everyone has super wallbreakers, siege machines etc. the added defense is just a bonus really, you only ever see it's impact on low level townhalls.

Return and Evolution at the same time maximum level wall with level 1 Cannon will lose to most troops And against troops that jump wall or troops that fly the Cannon will not last long now ends with maximum level Cannon with level 1 wall the wall will be useless for this Cannon because almost all max level troops destroy the level 1 wall in one hit only it's against wall jumping troops the troops will have more difficulty destroying the Cannon and against air troops they will just take longer to destroy the Cannon defense that's why I say that max level Cannon with lvl 1 wall is better than lvl 1 Cannon with max lvl wall the wall doesn't help as much as Cannon until lvl 1 Cannon kills a resistant troop time is up Damage is more important than stamina
