The proof of the practice of the eraser or atonement of sin:
"It is not that two Muslims meet and shake hands but that their sins will be forgiven before they part." (HR Abu Dawud).
"It does not happen to a Muslim: tiredness, pain, anxiety, sadness, or annoyance, nor anguish, even a thorn, except that Allah will forgive his sins because of that." (Narrated by al-Bukhari)
"Whoever prays for me one prayer, then Allah will bless him with ten blessings, 10 sins will be removed from him and 10 levels will be raised for him." (HR Nasai Sahih al-Jami', no. 6359).
"There is not a Muslim when it is time for the obligatory prayer, then he makes his ablution, he is devout in his prayer, and completes bowing, but it is an expiation for previous sins as long as a major sin is not committed, and that is all the time." (HR Muslim).
"Whoever performs ablution completes his ablution, then attends the Friday prayer, listens carefully and is silent, his sins will be forgiven between last Friday and the Friday he is working on with an additional 3 days. Whoever touches (plays with) a pebble then he has indeed been in vain.” (HR Muslim).
"Read the Qur'an for indeed He will come on the Day of Resurrection to intercede for its readers" (HR. Muslim).
"When the priest says, "Ghairil maghdhubi 'alaihim walaadhooliin" say amen, because whoever's amen coincides with the amen of the angels, his past sins will be forgiven. (HR Muttafaq 'Alaihi).
"You should prostrate more (pray more) to Allah. Because you do not prostrate to Allah more but Allah will raise your rank and erase your sins." (HR. Muslim).
"O you who believe, repent to Allah with repentance nasuha (pure repentance). Hopefully your Lord will cover your mistakes and enter you into Jannah ..." (Surah At Tahrim: 8)
