Cabellas had some amazing Ammo sales last night actually beating Walmart Prices! Best one being 650 rounds Federal 36gr 22lr for $33

I understand why people buy from Walmart, their prices are better than other independent shops. 28.00 and change for 30-06 when I see it in the other shops for 40.00 and change, some do because there isn't anything else, I get it. Walmart takes Soros money to not sell pistol and other rifle ammo. Dicks took enough Soros money where they do not sell anything. I just feel my tax dollars must stay local.

just be careful buying ammo in select Walmarts, I stopped buying ammo in Walmart because they started scanning IDs for ammo purchases so I started going a few more minutes down the road for ammo and they charge less which is funny. My local Walmart also used to sell gunpowder, bullets, primers, and new brass they stopped that in 2013.

What I don't understand is they Don't sell Caliber's Search as 556 or 223 and others like 5.7 by 28. But they sell other calibers That's got a lot more power. But at least There 22 ammo is cheaper than the gun shops. I miss the days when you can walk into walmart and buy any Caliber you wanted.

223/556 is scary man, don't you know? But in reality, I remember going to Walmart to pick up a box of Tenorite, reloading gear, and seeing a good variety of guns when I was a kid, now all my Walmart has are the FUDD guns all pumps, breaks or bolts and you are lucky to see 22 my Walmarts smallest caliber is 30-06 all the way up to 7.62x54R with every shotgun gage you can think of.
