Hi Rachel I finally found a way to beat the hi cost of laundry detergent! have you tried the Ariel powder detergent?? I found it at Walmart and I use the one with downy in it and I take a liquid plastic detergent bottle so I can mix it with water to make a slurry. About 1/2 the bag to 100 oz water. So I still have a liquid to pour and one $6.00 bag lasts me about a month or twice as long! So it costs half as much and lasts twice as long! I think it works great and the cost of detergent was a big budget item$$. Not anymore! I use dollar store dryer sheets to soften. 😊😊
