I was on the Dave Ramsey “rice and beans” budget while I was getting out of debt. And let me tell you... you are SO right. I was buying nothing but GV and Winn dixies generic brand and I’d say about 40% of the store brands are as good or better

I’ve been using great value items forever, not ever disappointed with the food items. I like their equate brand of tums and the like also and they are sooooo much cheaper! Btw you look so cute and patriotic today ❣️

I also love the Great Value Texas Cheese Toast (frozen garlic cheese bread). It’s soooo much better than the name brand!

GV chips and cheese puffs, GV donut shop coffee, the three cheese Italian blend, GV 4 pack of yogurt, the Salsas and Marketside pizzas. So many great items at Wal-Mart including the sauces you mentioned. Also the Sam's Choice Almond and Cashew butter is something to add to your list. Just tried the GV steak sauce and it's right up there with Heinz 57 and A1. Shopping at Wal-Mart has become more of an adventure every time you go because I'm always finding items I didn't know GV made. One thing which I miss are the Wal-Mart brand peanut butter cups.

I've recently discovered Great Value products because I don't live that close to a Walmart, so it must be visited on a combined trip to someplace else unless I am in dire need & make a special trip. That's sad because I've been discovering lots of good things at the Mega-Walmarts and those are even further away than the smaller Walmarts. You've given me ideas on new things to try.

Their great value Sour Cream is quiet food & has a large tub for someone like me who eats a lot if Tacos as well as Potatoes/perogies. Their Shredded Sharp Cheddar Is Good. Would Like If They Had Extra Sharp.

if i can buy a great value / store brand alternative, i will! There's no point in buying name brand things for the same product. Some things do taste a little bit different, but usually just as good if not better. I used to only buy name brand stuff but never again.

Well now that Biden is in office, great value prices gone up, my great value pizza I'd get used to be $2.50 now it's $5

You left out the ice cream! Cookie dough, cookies and cream, mint, strawberry, they're all pretty good. And their corn chips taste even better than Fritos to me. I gotta disagree about the pizza though, that's the one Great Value thing I've tried that I didn't like. I thought maybe the first time I just wasn't in a pizza mood so I tried it again, but yuck. Sorry, the pizza is nasty lol.
