One side is silver and the other is the green/orange shown. This is not bad, just unconventional. In terms of fishing, I have found the lure works just fine without a tail like a craw or shad. That addition is up to you. Also, the hook part where you attach the swivel snap or tie the line is a problem on baits these days, since it's able to slide up and down. However this lure seems to be tight enough that that doesn't happen often, and you can solve it by putting a thin slice of medical tube over the hook before attaching the line. Like others have said, it's really magic on a good windy day.

Jig -n -Pig also works great in cold weather:) Believe it or not and I'm going to get some HATE CRIME DISLIKES for saying this but I Jig-n-Pig with a dark craw color in cold weather and use some bacon fat as a trailer. I like thick cut bacon so when I go to my local meat processor for bacon I ask for it skin on I use it for bait:) Cut the rest into 1/8" slabs on my meat cutter and BAM!!!!! Great Bacon and Great!!! bait:) You can even freeze it too and use it for next time, Tada!!! fresh bait and Biodegradable 100% for your next fishing adventure. Need a strong twister tail need some frogs feet or crawfish claws Oh!!!!!!!! almost forgot to tell you, you can also make cut bait from it and it works great on catfish:)

Great video. But 30 min challenge or an hour rather than first fish caught would be better. That way we would be able to see fish caught on both lures if it is possible.

both were good builds. treble hooks are harder to lose fish .. I think you need to buy a drill gun and some drill bits. then you can just drill holes for spoons. you should just tie some flies and do some wood carved ones.. why? because that's how people in real life make and sell lures.. you could also save up and get a kit to make your own soft plastics I think it cost about 1k for a kit to get you started. the crazy thing if you practice carving.. you will be good enough in the long run to make all the high end baits for a lot cheaper then you could buy them for.. also carving baits is how you can get your maSter for soft plastic molds like swimbaits ect.. anyways keep it up I think one day you will have all your own lures you are selling and making bank with filming all your fishing adventures lol.. one trick all the big guys in the industry use to sell their lures.. make a lure no one has made yet ect.. then film yourself using it and catching big fish.. then bam your sales will blast off esp if its a new type of lure that the fish have never seen.. people will buy it just to have the next best lure at the lake till the fish get used to being caught and released on it. airbrush kit is something you could prob also use to then pimp out your carved lures.. anyways good luck out there.
