I've lost about 70 lbs over the course of a year. I wasn't trying or actively doing anything to lose weight. I started staying at my moms since she quit her job and joined my step dad in the big truck. But being here, I've been forced to constantly stay on my feet and clean every day. My step dad is very old school and believes the woman should do all the housework 🙄🙄🙄 BUT in doing so, I've also been forced to be more active, thus losing weight. I'm struggling to find my correct sizing now 😔 even knowing my measurements, it's still difficult.

@TashaStJames Idk why I'm having so much trouble! I bought a pair of stretchy pants and a pair of jeans from BloomChic, same size (26) and the stretchy pants are too tight and the jeans are too big!! Make that make sense! 😆 My bust is 55, waist 54 and hips 63. I like my pants fitted but not tight and I've noticed when I size down, the legs will fit how I like but the waist is a Lil too snug- especially at Torrid. I used to be a 28/30-30/32 depending on cut, fabric, etc. Now I THINK I'm a 26 but not actually sure. I also think its cuz my hips are so wide. My measurements fall under one size but since I typically buy stretchy stuff I should be able to get the next size down. I don't like all that baggy-ness 🩷🩷 I just hope I can keep it off once I go back home!

I appreciate you modeling these! I have a very similar body shape to you and it’s so much easier to get an idea seeing these clothes on you. Great job on weight loss and your videos! I really liked those vintage washed shirts. I want a set for summer. If those were the 2x you were wearing I think that was the perfect size for you. Didn’t look strange at all. Terra and Sky runs 1 to 2 sizes too big, I find. I like the black paper bag pants too. I wish though that they weren’t high rise and didn’t have slash pockets. I don’t like how that looks on my stomach. I love pockets but I want them not opening up right on the largest part of me! The little fuzzy sweater is sooooo cute! And I hear light blue is the “in” color this season. Love the little puff in the sleeves

The black paperbag pants might not exactly be hirise per say but I've just gotten into wearing all of my pants hirise so if they'll go up there thats where I put em. I got tired of looking pregnant or having the "dunlap" look haha so the girls here finally got me to go hirsie and now I LOVE IT! I believe I hauled a pair of paperbag pants I hauled in a past curve soul video that you might like 😍 The fuzzy light blue sweater is SUPER cute. Totally a must ❤️

I really liked the romantic gypsy top and the last one the most. If you want another place to get jeans for short girls like us you could try Maurices. I got a pair and they are just at the floor in normal hight shoes on me and I am around 5'1". And the were I think 50 so may be better price than going to torrid for them. I don't shop torrid much cause they to expensive. Plus I have got some 24/7 tops from Maurices for around 20 that are great quality and fit wonderfully. They are Soft too.
