A favor for breakfast is eggs w chopped veggies and oatmeal w apple cut up in it Lunch is beans and rice which yes I love and I love a baked potato too some times a can of soup and a baked potato are all you need Tomatoe soup and a grilled cheeses yummy Dinner still beans and rice for me and maybe some kind of protein in a stew or even tacos or a burrito Love a fresh salad w chicken Really the ideas are endless you just need to keep a basic pantry cause seasoning and spices will make you food sing! Margarine is literally solid poison oil and not food.

Margarine is a poor substitute for butter but butter is out of reach for people struggling to put food on the table. To have something to spread on toast or make sugar cookies margarine is available. Is butter better? Of course it is but butter is a luxury. Margarine has been around for 60 years if not longer. Please leave margarine alone, it has a place.

We learned about margarine in a advanced physiology class many years ago. The professor said we would never eat it again after today. He was right. It is bad news. Research it.

Depending on what state you live in, the prices vary greatly here in Arkansas home of Walmart. That cup of ramen here is .52 here.

Theres a dented can store or whatever its called wher tuna is 69 cents. A can. N everything else is just as low. Its 100 miles round trip but my car gets 40 mpg n gas on the way is $2.70 gal. So once a month i go there n get months groceries then stop at Walmart n get other things i need. I can get 12 cans good cat food for $7.98 cheapest round here is .69 cents can. I. Type 2 diabetic so i gota eat a lot of protein n no carbs n low or no sugar.

It depends upon the items that in the package is it worth a dollar if you get in the bag full of chemicals or if chemicals is killing the food that's in the can already you don't know but the majority of food is covered with chemicals

Ugh... The text content in the video puts the $ after the number! Every time I see this I assume the content creator doesn't live in America or are simply uneducated. In America you can write "one dollar" or "$1" but never "1$".
