The machine holds a lot of gas. There is just not a great place to carry gas. Everything I have tried leaks or is a disaster to pour the gas out. I think the gas siphon is the way I am going to go. I rarely go farther than 40 miles. The UTV has a range of some where around 150. The RPM in low range is much higher. So I only use it when I am climbing something or when the UTV is working hard. Like if I was pulling someone or needed to control my decent speed. I can feel if the belt is starting to slip. I use high range most pf the time. Ask as many questions as you would like. Always happy to help. As a side note if I were in my Dad's machine that used that older clutch I would use low range a lot more. The inner and outer sheeves don't spin at the same rate. Causes a lot more belt slip. It also has way less low end torque even though it has more overall power.

@@NewZonaRides I have a '22 Polaris General XP4 and the recommended gear for under 20mph is low so this is why I was asking. Thanks for your input, maybe we'll run into each other sometime. I am out in San Tan Valley.
