interesting to hear about this new book. A tip for you, the interviewer should not talk over the interviewee (saying 'yeah yeah... ok' whatever). If you are an editor, you should know this!! All you need to do is nod and listen!

that's a good start. the main thing is just doing the work. I know it sounds obvious but try to edit as much as possible of different styles and types of videos.
