I wanted to find out if I could get additional exercise at my standing desk without feeling like I was actually working out.
For 30 days I rode a standing desk stationary bike (yes, such a thing exists) and had no idea if I would enjoy it, actually ride it, or lose weight in the process.
The results? I rode the bike for an average of 1.5 hours per day and burned a grand total of 18,339 just by riding a stationary bike at my desk in 30 days. Was this challenge a success?? I would say so!
